Job summary

Tractor Supply is seeking a Team Member to interact with customers and team members, support selling initiatives and perform assigned tasks while delivering a Legendary Customer Experience. You will greet customers, uncover needs, recommend products, and help create a positive store environment.

This role requires reliability, the ability to work varied hours including nights and weekends, and compliance with safety and operational procedures.

Qualifications

• Experience: No experience required; retail experience and/or farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge preferred.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred; reading, writing and counting skills required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts with varied hours, including nights, weekends and overtime.
• Deliver Legendary Customer Service through GURA: Greet the Customer, uncover needs, recommend product solutions, add value and appreciate the Customer.
• Operate cash register with cash handling procedures.
• Recover merchandise and participate in freight processes.
• Complete Plan-o-gram procedures and merchandise assembly.
• Perform janitorial duties and price changes.
• Operate forklift and baler as needed (age restrictions apply).
• Assist customers with loading purchases and ensure a Legendary in-store experience.
• Adhere to safety standards and documentation for all duties.
