Job summary

Dollar Tree Stores INC is seeking a Customer Service Associate to join our team and deliver a great shopping experience for every customer. You will assist customers, handle transactions at the register, stock shelves, unload trucks, and keep the store clean and welcoming while following safety standards.

If you are reliable with strong communication and organizational skills and can lift up to 50 lbs, this part-time role at our Flushing, MI location offers flexible scheduling and growth

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail or related fields preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain cash security and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and unload trucks; stock replenishment.
• Ensure a safe, respectful environment with professional interactions.
• Maintain store cleanliness, including bathrooms and floors.
• Other duties as assigned.
