Job summary

Dollar Tree Stores INC is seeking a Customer Service Associate to join our team and deliver a great shopping experience for every customer.

You will assist customers with questions, process transactions at the cash register, stock merchandise, maintain a clean store, and help unload trucks while upholding safety and a friendly, professional environment. This part-time role requires reliable teamwork, good communication, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment is highly preferred.
• Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs.
• Able to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions while working assigned cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and help with unloading trucks, stock replenishment.
• Maintain a positive, safe, and respectful environment with customers and staff.
• Keep the store clean including bathrooms, floors, trash, and neat presentation.
• Other duties as assigned.
