Job summary

Dollar Tree Stores INC in Fern Park, FL is seeking a Customer Service Associate to deliver a friendly shopping experience. You will assist customers, handle transactions at the register, stock shelves, unload trucks, and maintain store cleanliness.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, prior retail or service experience, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and the ability to lift 30–50 lbs. This is a part-time, on-site position with opportunities to grow.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment is highly preferred
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required
• Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs. from floor to above shoulder height and meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills are required
• Strong organizational and communication skills are required
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills are required
