Job summary

Dollar Tree Stores INC seeks a Customer Service Associate to deliver a great shopping experience. You will assist customers with questions and recommendations, manage sales transactions at the register, and help unload trucks and stock replenish.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and prior customer service in retail or related fields. You must lift 30–50 lbs and stay on your feet in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a friendly, safe store.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store preferred.
• Ability to lift 30–50 lbs and meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Stock replenishment and merchandise recovery.
• Keep the store clean and presentable, including bathrooms.
• Provide friendly interactions with customers, associates, and leaders.
• Other duties as assigned.
