Job summary

Marshalls, part of The TJX Companies, Inc., is hiring for a customer-focused role to deliver a highly satisfying shopping experience. You will interact with customers, ring transactions, promote loyalty programs, and keep the store clean and organized.

The position may require cross-training in multiple areas to support business needs. Starting pay ranges from USD 14.00 to 14.50 per hour, depending on skills and experience.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Rings customer purchases/returns and counts change per procedures.
• Promotes credit and loyalty programs.
• Maintains merchandising standards and prepares merchandise for the sales floor.
• Performs store recovery and keeps areas clean and organized.
• Supports safety, loss prevention and compliance with labor policies.
