We value teamwork, flexibility, and clear communication. The role involves lifting items, supporting store operations, and contributing to safety and shrink-reduction efforts. Starting pay is USD $13.25–$13.75 per hour with full benefits for eligible associates.

Aufgaben

• Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with customers and maintaining store standards.
• Ring purchases/returns and count change back according to procedures.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs.
• Process and prepare merchandise for the sales floor following procedures.
• Participate in store recovery and maintain cleanliness and organization.
• Support safety, labor policies, and shrink reduction goals.
