Responsibilities

• Role models established customer experience practices with internal and external customers.
• Promotes credit and loyalty programs.
• Maintains merchandising standards and prepares merchandise for the sales floor.
• Initiates store recovery and maintains store cleanliness and organization.
• Accurately rings purchases and returns and handles cash per procedures.
• Supports labor policies and safety requirements and assists in shrink reduction goals.
