Dollar Tree Stores INC is seeking a Customer Service Associate to deliver a great shopping experience. You will assist customers, handle sales transactions on the register, and help maintain store cleanliness and stock levels.

The role requires strong customer service skills, the ability to follow instructions, and physical capability to lift 30–50 lbs. This is a part-time, on-site position based in Cincinnati, OH.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and perform physical tasks repeatedly.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills required.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at assigned cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep store well-stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and help with unloading trucks and stock replenishment.
• Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment with staff and customers.
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the store including bathrooms, floors, and waste disposal.
• Other duties as assigned.
