Responsibilities

• Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with customers and upholding customer experience principles.
• Maintain clean and organized store and adhere to operating standards.
• Cross-train to support multiple store areas as needed.
• Accurately ring customer purchases and returns; count change.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs.
• Maintain merchandising standards and prepare merchandise for the sales floor.
• Participate in store recovery and safety initiatives.
• Adhere to labor laws and company policies.
• Support shrink reduction goals and programs.
