Job summary

Michaels BISMARCK store is seeking team members to deliver friendly customer service and support busy shoppers in-store. Roles include product assistance, fast checkout, and enrollment in Rewards programs. You will assist in omnichannel tasks such as Buy Online Pickup in Store and Ship From Store, while helping unload trucks and maintain stock.

Commitment to SOPs, safety, and a positive image is essential, with cross-training in Custom Framing and production offered.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to assist customers and resolve questions.
• Willingness to participate in framing-related duties.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide a fast checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards.
• Enroll customers in Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards.
• Educate customers on VOC survey.
• Assist with Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram processes.
• Complete merchandise recovery and stock maintenance; manage returns/go-backs.
• Perform Store In Stock Optimization and AD set duties as assigned.
• Support shrink and safety programs.
• Adhere to SOPs and Company policies; be a positive role model.
• Cross trained in Custom Framing selling and production.
