Job summary

The Michaels Companies, Inc. is seeking store team members in STATE COLLEGE, PA to help customers find products, provide solutions, and ensure a fast, friendly checkout experience.

You will assist with stock, planograms, and omnichannel processes including BOPIS and SFS, while promoting the Rewards program and capturing VOC feedback. Preferred candidates have retail or customer service experience and the ability to stand for long periods in a busy store environment.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help customers locate products and provide solutions.
• Operate fast, friendly checkout with cash handling to standards.
• Assist with store recovery, stocking, and planograms.
• Participate in Buy Online Pick Up in Store and Ship From Store.
• Support rewards program enrollments and VOC surveys.
