Michaels in Pottstown, PA is seeking staff to help customers build custom framing solutions and to deliver friendly service in a well merchandised store. You will assist customers, locate products, and ensure orders are completed accurately and on time, while maintaining a clean, safe, and organized environment.

The role involves cash handling, omni-channel support, and following SOPs and company programs, with opportunities to interact with a diverse customer base in a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills and basic measuring skills.
• Ability to operate framing equipment and glass cutter.

Responsibilities

• Build customer relationships and provide framing solutions for artwork.
• Assist customers, help them find products, and maintain a well merchandised, in-stock store.
• Complete framing orders accurately and on time; operate cash register and handle transactions.
• Support Omni channel processes and follow SOPs and company programs.
• Participate in truck unloading, stocking, shrink and safety programs.
