Job summary

The Michaels Companies in Flower Mound, TX is seeking a part-time Customer Service Team Member to deliver friendly service, assist customers, and ensure a fast checkout experience. You will participate in truck unloading, stocking, and merchandising while supporting omni-channel processes like BOPIS and SFS.

Responsibilities include engaging customers in rewards programs, educating them about VOC surveys, and maintaining a well-stocked, in-store experience.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly customer service and help customers shop the store.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience with cash handling to standards.
• Assist with truck unloading, stocking, and planogram (POG) processes.
• Engage customers on rewards programs and private label cards; enroll interested customers.
• Participate in omni-channel processes including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Maintain store recovery and merchandising; support shrink and safety programs.
• Cross-train in Custom Framing selling and production as needed.
