Job summary

Dollar Tree is seeking a Customer Service Associate II to support daily store operations, including merchandising and front-end duties. You will provide friendly customer service, assist at the cash register, and help maintain a clean, welcoming environment.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are essential, as is the ability to lift 30–50 lbs and work part-time hours. This role emphasizes integrity and teamwork in a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail or similar environments preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.
• Must lift 30–50 lbs and perform frequent walking/standing.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• High level of integrity.
• Proficiency in basic math for cash accounting.

Responsibilities

• Receiving merchandise, unloading trucks, and processing freight safely.
• Merchandising and stocking as needed.
• Maintaining cleanliness throughout the store, incl. bathrooms, floors, trash.
• Providing a positive, safe, and respectful environment with customers and staff.
• Managing sales transactions at the assigned cash register.
• Maintaining security of cash and protecting company assets.
• Other duties as assigned.
