Job summary

Dollar Tree is seeking a part-time Customer Service Associate to provide a friendly shopping experience in our Cartersville, GA store. You will assist customers, handle sales at the register, stock shelves, and maintain a clean, safe environment.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or equivalent, prior retail or service experience, and strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills. Light lifting (30–50 lbs) and physical duties are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail or related fields is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and perform physical tasks as needed.
• Excellent customer service and relationship skills are required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are required.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Process sales transactions at the assigned cash register.
• Maintain cash security and protect company assets.
• Keep the store stocked and recover merchandise as needed.
• Receive merchandise and assist with unloading and stocking.
• Maintain a clean and presentable store environment for customers and staff.
• Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.
