Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of similar work experience.
• A post-secondary diploma or degree would be a plus.
• Prior experience in an administrative role with strong organization and technical skills.
• Prior experience in retail is a plus.
• Is flexible and willing to meet the demands of a 24-hour operation.
• 2+ years of experience in reservations or guest services, preferably in lifestyle or luxury hospitality
• Passion for the mission and values of 1 Hotels, with general knowledge of sustainability issues
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong interpersonal skills and service/hospitality orientation
• Team player willing to pitch in to support colleagues in all areas
• This role will sit on-site.

Responsibilities

• Retail Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the Retail departments that support the flagship hotel’s goals in terms of guest satisfaction, team member brand awareness, reputation and sustainability.
• Support the admin and operational tactics of the retail team of 1 Hotel Hanalei Bay through supporting the management of vendors, suppliers, administrative tasks and operational retail support.
