Job summary

Starwood Hotels is seeking a Retail Coordinator to support the flagship hotel's retail goals, guest satisfaction, and brand sustainability. This on-site role works with vendors, manages administrative tasks, and provides retail operations support for 1 Hotels Hanalei Bay.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year in a similar role, strong organizational and communication skills, and a flexible, team-oriented approach to meet the demands of a 24-hour operation in a luxury hospitality environment on

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of similar work experience.
• A post-secondary diploma or degree would be a plus.
• Prior experience in an administrative role with strong organization and technical skills.
• Prior experience in retail is a plus.
• Is flexible and willing to meet the demands of a 24-hour operation.
• 2+ years of experience in reservations or guest services, preferably in lifestyle or luxury hospitality
• Passion for the mission and values of 1 Hotels, with general knowledge of sustainability issues
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong interpersonal skills and service/hospitality orientation
• Team player willing to pitch in to support colleagues in all areas
• This role will sit on-site.
