Job summary

This role includes managing multiple projects, coordinating with a variety of stakeholders, and requires extensive travel across the Southeast.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in a relevant field and at least 8-10 years of experience in construction management. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with web-based project management tools are essential. This role involves working outdoors, often in various weather conditions.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8-10 years of experience managing retail remodel and rollout construction projects.
• Past or present airport work experience would be a huge plus.
• Ability to operate tablets for live data collection in the field.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage budgets, schedules, and forecasts.
