Job summary

Turner & Townsend in the United States is seeking a Project Manager to deliver retail fit-outs and relocations for a national client account. You will manage all project phases from initiation to closeout, interface with clients, prepare scopes, budgets, schedules, and risk plans.

The role is remote with approx. 25% travel to client sites; requires 5-8 years in retail CRE project management, LEED AP/PMP/CCM preferred, strong MS Office and vendor management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience.
• LEED AP, PMP, and/or CCM designation(s) preferred.
• Retail commercial real estate construction project management experience required.

Responsibilities

• Manage all areas of project management for retail CRE projects, including planning, design, construction, occupancy and closeout.
• Interface with clients to prepare scope of work, resource requirements, cost estimates and budgets.
• Define project delivery resources and conduct RFPs, bid evaluations, and resource recommendations.
• Implement project documentation governance aligned with company and client requirements.
• Ensure data integrity and timely coordination of project documents.
• Build action plans to meet objectives, budget and schedule; track progress and report variances.
• Identify threats and develop risk mitigation and contingency plans.
