Job summary

RIMEPRO INC is seeking a Traveling Superintendent for luxury retail construction projects across the United States. You will lead field operations, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure high-end finishes, schedule adherence, and safety compliance on multiple projects.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years in retail construction supervision, strong leadership and communication, and a willingness to travel nationwide to deliver premium interiors on time.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and communication skills are required.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specs.
• Demonstrated experience coordinating multiple subcontractor trades.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily field operations from mobilization to closeout.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel.
• Maintain project schedules and ensure milestones are met.
• Coordinate site logistics, deliveries, manpower, materials and equipment.
• Review plans and shop drawings to resolve field conflicts.
• Lead safety meetings and enforce OSHA requirements.
• Travel extensively nationwide to project sites.
