Lush North America is seeking a Retail Construction Project Manager to lead store fit outs and capital projects across the US and Canada. Based in the United States or Canada, you will drive timelines, manage budgets, and partner with store teams, Real Estate, and finance to deliver high-quality retail experiences.

You bring 5+ years of retail construction and project management, strong budgeting, and hands-on design/MEP interpretation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of related experience in retail construction and project management with US budget oversight.
• Hands-on experience with design and construction processes and MEP interpretation.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead project management and organization of retail shop fit outs.
• Manage capex estimates, verify actuals, and update capex forecasts.
• Ensure schedules are planned and executed with retailers, SSP, Real Estate leasing and finance.
• Maintain project status and capex reports.
• Provide hands-on installation support during openings, refits and closures.
• Improve reporting processes for internal and external users.
• Collaborate with SSP designers to deliver projects.
