Job summary

Lush North America is seeking a Retail Construction Project Manager to lead shop fit outs, refits, and closures within the US and Canada. You will manage capex budgets, schedules, and cross‑functional coordination with SSP, Real Estate, and Finance to deliver premium store experiences.

Qualifications

5+ years of related experience in retail construction and project management including budgets
Experience in phased construction projects for retail stores and mall environments
Ability to manage relationships with partners and stakeholders across functions
Strong budget analysis and multi-project coordination abilities
Familiarity with MEP plans, architectural and structural drawings

Responsibilities

Lead project management for retail shop fit outs, refits and store maintenance
Manage capex estimates, actuals, and forecast updates
Ensure schedules are well planned and executed with Retailers, Real Estate and Finance
Prepare and maintain project status and capex reports
Support installation activities during openings, refits, and closures
Improve reporting processes for internal and external users
