Job summary

Cartier is seeking a Senior Project Manager SDP & Construction to lead boutique buildouts across the US and Canada. You will coordinate with internal design teams, consultants, and contractors from feasibility through turnover.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture required.
Minimum 12 years of luxury retail construction and project management experience.
Inhouse project management experience preferred.
Experience in full scope retail construction projects.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate all architectural and construction activities for renovations and creation of new boutiques.
Work with SDP to develop feasibility studies and evaluate potential locations.
Manage 2–3 construction projects per year in the US and Canada, including flagship sites.
Review construction cost estimates with AVP of SDP and ensure budgets are up to date.
Coordinate with internal departments to drive timely project execution.
Ensure timely ordering and delivery of owner-supplied items.
Collaborate with legal for lease exhibits and consultant/GC contracts.
Lead schematic and design development phases with architects and consultants.
Oversee execution phase, finalize CD sets with MEP/structural teams and obtain permits.
Lead tender phase, review bids with GC and millworkers, and manage cost tracking.
