Job summary

JLL is seeking a Retail Construction Project Manager to lead branch renovations, ATM installations, and facility upgrades across multiple locations. You will manage the full lifecycle of projects from concept to closeout, coordinating design, permitting, construction, and commissioning with clients in the banking sector.

The role emphasizes scheduling, risk management, regulatory compliance, and stakeholder coordination, including architects, contractors, and banking executives.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of hands-on experience managing design and construction projects through all phases from concept to closeout.
• Experience in financial services or retail banking environments with understanding of operational sensitivities.

Responsibilities

• Manage 8-15 simultaneous projects across branch renovations, ATM installations, ADA upgrades, and signage programs.
• Coordinate design development, permitting, construction, and commissioning across locations.
• Track expenditures, process change orders, review invoices, and provide financial status reports.
