Job summary

Renovo Construction, a DLC affiliate, is seeking a Project Manager to oversee daily management of assigned Renovo retail projects in the Dallas area, ensuring timely openings and coordination with owners, design teams, and subcontractors.

You will lead the project team, monitor budgets and schedules in Procore, generate weekly reports, and drive quality and safety. The role requires strong communication, travel to sites, and hands-on problem solving.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of Project Manager experience in Retail fit-out construction with a GC.
• Single story Retail ground-up experience (preferred).
• Experience in reading and understanding Architectural, Structural, Civil and MEP plans (required).
• Experience with Procore or a similar Project Management software (required).
• Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word and Project.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily management of construction on Renovo projects to ensure timely completion.
• Deliver weekly financial reports, critical path, and quality updates to Field Ops Director.
• Create weekly project reports and maintain schedules in Procore.
• Coordinate daily with Site Superintendent on setup, budget, scope and milestones.
• Travel to project sites as required.
• Oversee pre-construction: Procore setup, buyouts, schedules, permits.
• Oversee construction: manage RFIs, submittals, PCCOs, SCOs and costs.
• Review and approve subcontractor invoices, COIs and lien waivers.
• Coordinate closeout: punch list, payments, sign-offs.
