Job summary

DLC Management Corp. seeks a Construction Project Manager in the New York area to lead all phases of construction projects. You will coordinate with senior leadership, manage design and construction teams, secure permits, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery for retail centers.

The role requires 5–10 years of construction operations experience, proficiency in Procore and Blue Beam, and regular travel. Hybrid work model with competitive benefits is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering or Architecture.
• 5–10 years of construction operations experience, retail assets preferred.
• Ability to travel regularly.
• Strong proficiency with project management software and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with VP of Construction to transition projects from estimating to execution.
• Maintain the master construction program schedule with milestones.
• Oversee design team, contract negotiations, and permit submissions.
• Manage construction team, vendors, and site activities to meet schedules and quality.
• Provide regular status reports to stakeholders and manage change orders.
• Ensure project documentation is uploaded and organized in Procore.
