Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
At least 1 year of retail selling experience.
Strong communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to travel to other stores within 35 miles as needed.
Ability to work full-time and weekends as necessary.

Responsibilities

Connection builder: greet customers, assess needs, and guide them to suitable products and services.
Store Expert: maintain product knowledge and stay updated on telecom/mobile trends to advise customers.
Problem Solver: handle billing and service questions, process payments, and troubleshoot issues.
Brand Ambassador: represent Optimum with professionalism and enthusiasm to strengthen the brand.
