Job summary

Michaels Stores is seeking team members to deliver friendly customer service in our Bellevue, WA area store. You will assist customers, process fast checkouts, enroll shoppers in Rewards and Private Label Credit Cards, and support omnichannel services (BOPIS and SFS).

You’ll help unload trucks, stock shelves, and ensure in-stock, well-merchandised aisles in a dynamic retail environment. The role requires retail or customer service experience, ability to stand for long periods, and adherence to

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to assist customers, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Familiarity with store policies and brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide fast, friendly checkout with cash handling to standards.
• Enroll customers in Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards.
• Educate customers on the VOC survey.
• Assist with Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram processes.
• Maintain store recovery, in-stock shelves, and merchandising.
• Support shrink and safety programs.
• Adhere to SOPs and company policies; serve as a role model.
• Cross-trained in Custom Framing selling and production.
