Job summary

Origin Bank is seeking a Retail Compliance and QC Analyst to establish and monitor deposit compliance and quality control processes, ensuring regulatory compliance and risk management across the Retail unit.

The role requires expert knowledge of federal and state laws, with a bachelor’s degree and/or 5–7 years of senior compliance experience in banking. The position emphasizes collaboration with Compliance, Internal Audit, and Operational Risk teams.

Qualifications

• Expert level knowledge of federal and state regulatory compliance and related laws.
• Bachelor’s degree or 5–7 years of senior compliance experience in banking.
• Prior compliance experience at a large or regional bank with CFPB oversight.

Responsibilities

• Monitor impact of new or changed regulations and general compliance issues.
• Oversee and coordinate efforts to monitor and maintain compliance with all federal and state regulations.
• Establish and maintain RCSA, KRI and KPI to assess performance and identify risk.
• Ensure compliance objectives are met and regulatory standards are tracked.
• Collaborate with Compliance, Internal Audit and Operational Risk teams.
