Job summary

Origin Bank is seeking a Retail Compliance professional to lead regulatory oversight in a dynamic banking environment. The role focuses on ensuring adherence to federal and state laws, overseeing risk assessments, and guiding policy implementations across the retail division.

The successful candidate will collaborate with Compliance, Internal Audit, and Operational Risk teams while supporting staff with regulatory guidance and training materials. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Expert level knowledge of federal and state regulatory compliance and related laws.
• Experience monitoring and testing RCSA, KRIs, and KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and oversee compliance with federal and state regulations and CFPB oversight.
• Test Risk and Controls Self-Assessments (RCSA), and Key Risk Indicators (KRI) and Key Performance Indicators (KPI) to assess performance and identify risks.
• Collaborate with Compliance, Internal Audit and Operational Risk teams to implement changes.
• Provide compliance guidance to retail staff on regulations including FinCEN, BSA, FCRA, FDIC, OFAC, Reg CC, Reg DD, Reg E, Reg V, privacy laws, Dodd-Frank.
