Job summary

BJ's Wholesale Club is seeking a Club Manager to lead club operations, deliver on strategic priorities, and ensure a top-notch member experience. This role oversees staff development, profitability, and adherence to company values while driving sales growth and operational efficiency.

Eligible candidates should demonstrate a proven track record in large-team leadership, P&L awareness, and strong problem-solving abilities. Open shift availability is required.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as a retail store, supermarket, or warehouse operations manager.
• Strong drive for results and solid work ethic.
• Honest, straightforward, and committed to high member service.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate a large team.
• Solid understanding of P&L, shrink control, staffing, merchandising, customer service, problem solving.
