Job summary

BJ’s Wholesale Club is seeking a Club Manager to lead operations and profitability at a BJ’s club. You will direct the team, align with strategic priorities, and deliver exceptional member experiences while ensuring safe and productive operations.

The role requires 4+ years in retail operations management, strong leadership and communication skills, and a solid grasp of profit and loss and cost control. Onboarding extends 8–12 weeks with mentorship from senior leaders.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as a retail store, supermarket, or warehouse operations manager.
• Strong leadership and team-building abilities.
• Excellent communication skills across all levels of the organization.
• Solid understanding of profit & loss statements and inventory control.

• Lead the club team with vision and purpose, providing direction and measuring results.
• Foster a club culture where employees are challenged, engaged, and recognized for achievements.
