Job summary

BJ’s Wholesale Club seeks a Club Manager to lead store operations, drive profitability and deliver an excellent member experience. You will supervise team members, manage daily store performance and partner with Home Office to execute company priorities.

The role requires a proven retail leadership background and a focus on coaching, operational efficiency, and customer service excellence. On-site position with focus on delivering value to members and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as a retail store, supermarket, or warehouse operations manager required.
• Strong drive for results and solid work ethic; honest, straightforward and committed to high member service.
• Excellent communication skills; able to lead and motivate a large team.
• Solid understanding of profit & loss, shrink control, staff development, merchandising, customer service, problem solving and conflict resolution.
• High school diploma and/or college degree preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities, including managing cross-functional teams, training team members, and driving results.
• Open shift availability required.
• At least 18 years of age.
