Job summary

PENN Entertainment in Plainville, MA is hiring for a retail sales role at our gaming facility. You’ll use sales techniques to hit goals, keep the shop neat, and know merchandise offerings across outlets.

Requirements include a High School Diploma or equivalent and one year of related experience, plus proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel/Access/Word). Compensation aligns with local standards, with growth opportunities and a competitive Total Rewards package.

Responsibilities

• Know features and benefits of merchandise in the retail shop and be familiar with merchandise offerings in all other outlets.
• Follow policies and procedures that affect inventory control.
• Maintain product knowledge of gaming facility events, activities, and amenities around the facility to ensure personalized guest services.
• Ensure interactions with internal and external guests follow the guidelines of the Red Carpet Customer Service Program.
