Michaels is seeking a store associate to keep a clean, organized shopping environment while delivering friendly service. You will perform cleaning tasks, stock routine areas, and assist with store operations in a fast-paced retail setting.

Responsibilities include trash disposal, floor cleaning, restocking, and supporting checkout and omni-channel processes. The role requires standing for long periods, lifting heavy boxes, and varied shifts including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Retail or cleaning experience preferred.
• Ability to follow approved cleaning procedures.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends and early mornings.

• Maintain store cleanliness and recovery standards.
• Assist customers, provide friendly service, and support checkout.
• Handle trash disposal and comply with SOPs and safety rules.
• Assist with stocking, planograms, and omni-channel processes.
