Responsibilities

• Role models established customer experience practices with internal and external customers.
• Promotes credit and loyalty programs.
• Accurately rings customer purchases/returns and counts change back to customer.
• Maintains merchandising philosophy and follows procedures.
• Prepares merchandise for the sales floor and supports store recovery.
• Maintains cleanliness and safety standards on the sales floor.
• Applies labor laws and supports shrink reduction goals.
