Job summary

The Michaels Companies Brownsburg store is hiring for a store associate to deliver fast, friendly service at the checkout, assist customers, and support omnichannel, stocking, and safety programs. You will participate in unloading trucks, stocking shelves, and following SOPs while promoting Rewards enrollment and private label credit card benefits.

Candidate experience in retail and a willingness to work nights, weekends, and early mornings is preferred; minimum age 16+ is stated.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail and/or cleaning preferred.
• Ability to provide fast and friendly checkout service.
• Engage customers on rewards programs and enrollments.

Responsibilities

• Provide fast and friendly check out experience; cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers on benefits of Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards and enrollments.
• Assist with Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship from Store (SFS).
• Participate in truck unloading, stocking, and planogram (POG) processes.
• Support shrink and safety programs; follow SOPs and company policies.
