Job summary

NBT is seeking a skilled professional to support the Retail division, delivering exceptional customer experiences while interpreting complex procedures and services. The role emphasizes verbal and written communication to guide branch personnel and resolve issues promptly.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in customer service or banking operations, plus a four-year business degree or equivalent experience, with strong product knowledge and problem-solving abilities.

Qualifications

• Three years' experience in customer service, retail banking and/or financial operations support.
• Four-year degree in business related field or equivalent banking experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and strong product knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Assist Retail team members with problem resolution and advanced operational support to enhance the customer experience.
• Maintain a consistent understanding of bank policies and procedures and delivery channels in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborate with Retail partners to identify and implement resources to support initiatives.
• Other duties as assigned.
