Job summary

NBT is seeking a customer service specialist to support the Retail division in Burlington, VT. You will resolve complex service requests, coach peers, and guide branch personnel through bank procedures with clear written and verbal communication.

The role requires at least three years in customer service, retail banking, or financial operations; a four-year business degree or equivalent banking experience is preferred. Full-time position with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Three years' experience in customer service, retail banking and/or financial operations support.
• Four-year degree in business related field or equivalent banking experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist Retail team with problem resolution and advanced operational support to enhance the customer experience.
• Maintain understanding of bank policies and delivery channels in a fast-paced environment to achieve full resolution.
• Collaborate with Retail partners to identify and implement resources to support initiatives.
• Other duties as assigned.
