Job summary

The Retail Center Shift Supervisor will lead a team across the full retail center, ensuring safety, customer focus, product flow, and store presentation. This is a full-time role requiring evenings, weekends, and holiday availability, with a starting pay of $20.32 per hour and Daily Pay option.

Responsibilities include opening/closing procedures, inventory verification, cash handling, coaching staff, and resolving customer issues while maintaining policy adherence and strong teamwork.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous supervisory experience is preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and staff.

Responsibilities

• Monitoring the whole retail center and addressing safety, customer focus, product flow, and aesthetics.
• Lead breaks, coach staff, support reviews and terminations, and manage employee movement.
• Open/close procedures, verify daily sales reports, count drawers, and handle cash changes.
• Assist with inventory, process E‑Commerce items, and maintain equipment certifications.
• Plan, coordinate, and control customer service activities to sustain relationships.
