Pilot Flying J is seeking an experienced Retail Assistant Manager to oversee our high-volume retail facilities and drive sales while ensuring customer satisfaction. You will lead teams to meet company standards and optimize guest experiences in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires 2–3 years of management experience in retail or service industries with P&L responsibility, plus a flexible schedule including nights, days, weekends and holidays. Competitive pay and benefits available.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years of management experience in the retail, restaurant, grocery or other service industry with responsibility for financial results
• Previous management proficiency in high volume retail with P&L accountability
