Job summary

Pilot Flying J is seeking an experienced Retail Assistant Manager to oversee our high-volume travel center and restaurant facilities. You will drive the development and execution of business plans to meet sales, profit, and customer satisfaction targets.

The role requires 2-3 years of management in retail or service industries with P&L accountability, strong leadership, and the ability to work nights, days, weekends and holidays. Competitive pay and nationwide benefits are offered.
