Job summary

Pilot Flying J is seeking an experienced Retail Assistant Manager to oversee our high-volume retail facilities and restaurant operations, accountable for executing business plans to meet sales and profit objectives while delivering top-notch customer satisfaction.

You will lead and coach teams, drive sales, manage inventory, perform P&L analysis, and maintain strong vendor relationships, with a flexible schedule including nights, days, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years of management experience in retail, restaurant, grocery or other service industry with responsibility for financial results.
• Previous management proficiency in high-volume retail with P&L accountability.
• Ability to create and maintain a customer-focused culture and lead effective teams.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and profit objectives across retail and restaurant operations.
