Pilot Flying J is seeking an experienced Retail Assistant Manager to oversee our high-volume travel center and restaurant facilities. You will lead, coach and develop teams, and ensure sales, profit objectives and customer satisfaction are achieved by executing business plans and standards.

The role requires 2–3 years of management experience in a high-volume service environment with P&L accountability, plus a proven ability to cultivate a customer-focused culture and a flexible schedule

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years of management experience in the retail, restaurant, grocery or other service industry with responsibility for financial results.
• Previous management proficiency in high volume retail with P&L accountability.
• Ability to create and maintain a customer focused culture.
