Job summary

Tanger Sevierville seeks a General Manager to lead the center’s performance, guest experience, and tenant relations. You will drive revenue and manage expenses while building a high-performing team and ensuring a safe, attractive shopping environment.

You will collaborate with regional and corporate partners, oversee marketing and security, and recruit/train outlet center staff. Travel up to 5% is required.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree and 4+ years in management, marketing, or hospitality.
• Experience in commercial real estate or retail is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive NOI by increasing revenue streams while controlling expenses.
• Develop and implement strategic plans, budgets, and 5-year capital plans.
• Lead local leasing, canvassing, and tenant relations to optimize occupancy.
• Oversee operations, safety, and maintenance to uphold Tanger standards.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Security, and Corporate teams to execute plans.
