Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Business, Real Estate, Hospitality or related field.
• 3–5+ years of leadership experience in shopping centers, retail, hospitality, CRE or similar.
• Strong business acumen with experience managing budgets and financial performance.
• Proven ability to drive revenue growth and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Lead the overall business performance of the shopping center, including revenue growth and profitability.
• Develop and execute the property's strategic business plan to achieve objectives.
• Drive EBITDA growth through revenue generation and cost management.
• Partner with leasing teams to support occupancy goals and tenant retention.
• Build and maintain relationships with tenants to support business success.
• Collaborate with marketing to drive traffic and retailer sales.
• Oversee property operations, safety, and customer experience.
• Ensure high standards of property presentation and operations.
• Support tenant openings, construction, and redevelopment initiatives.
