Centennial is seeking a seasoned Center Manager to oversee operations of the Milford shopping center, including budgeting, asset management, leasing coordination, and expense control.

You will drive revenue growth, maintain tenant relationships, supervise on-site staff, and collaborate with the corporate team on strategic projects while ensuring community engagement and compliance with all regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent workplace experience.
• Minimum 2 years regional shopping center management experience.
• Knowledge of local leasing and business development; canvass, negotiate, close deals.
• Ability to lead diverse teams and influence others.
• Strong financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting skills.
• Proficiency with MRI, Yardi, and MS Office suite.

Responsabilités

• Manage the shopping center facility and customer experience to the highest standards.
• Oversee budgeting, financial planning, and operating expense control.
• Lead leasing strategies and negotiate local tenant amendments and renewals.
• Coordinate marketing with the center team to drive traffic and sales.
• Develop and maintain relationships with retailers, government, and community partners.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and risk management programs.
• Monitor capital expenditures and vendor contracts; manage RFP process.
