Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree and 4+ years in management, marketing, or hospitality.
• Experience in commercial real estate or retail environment is a plus.
• Strong leadership and people-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive NOI by increasing revenue and controlling expenses.
• Develop strategic plans and 5-year capital plans to maximize NOI.
• Lead local leasing canvassing and negotiate deals with retailers to increase occupancy and rent.
• Supervise center operations with the Operations Director and facilities teams.
• Build positive relationships with community leaders and stakeholders.
