Tanger Inc. seeks a General Manager for Deer Park to drive property NOI, oversee leasing, and manage operations to deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will lead local retailers, coordinate with regional teams, and innovate to maximize center performance.

The role requires 4+ years in management or hospitality, an undergraduate degree, and a commitment to Tanger values of integrity, inclusion, and innovation.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree from an accredited university and 4+ years in management, marketing, or hospitality, or equivalent experience.
• Experience in commercial real estate or retail environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive NOI by increasing revenue streams while managing expenses.
• Develop and implement strategic business plans, budgets, and 5-year capital plans to maximize NOI.
• Complete monthly forecasts of revenue and expenses.
• Lead local leasing canvassing, deal-making, and occupancy growth with retailers.
• Supervise Marketing Director and center-level marketing efforts.
• Partner with People & Culture to manage center personnel and training.
